New York’s Diamond District is undergoing a massive face lift. The general look is moving from an industrial aestetic to a luxurious image. After the architects and designers worked out their design aestetic the metal and glass fabricator contracted B-Design to prepare the shop drawings of the curtain wall system, a custom made L.E.D. back lit light box on both the exterior and elevator lobby. We also prepared the drawings for the glass doors and the vestibule after specifying suitable hardware that could be used to construct these areas.
We then moved furthen into the reail store and prepared the shop and fabrication drawings of the circular lighting fixtures, metal pan stairs with glass railings and some other visible architectural items.
