After catching wind of a legal clause in Guyana where the government can claim unused property, the Welcome family sat down with project manager David Durant and sketched up a solution. Those sketches came back to the studio where designers Craig Radix and Ezra Bryan reviewed the direction, made some suggestions and brought the thoughts of this 4,000+ square foot home to life.
